VISION

“Prepare the way for the coming of THE MESSIAH.” — Isaiah 40:3

The vision of this glorious Ministry of THE LORD is simple: to prepare the way for the coming of THE MESSIAH.

The global Ministry of Repentance and Holiness has erupted into the long-awaited super grand end-time revival foretold in Scripture (Haggai 2:6–9, John 2:1–11, Joel 2:22–23).

The U.S. branch is led by Senior Archbishop Louis Lupo under the authority of the Prophet of the LORD, Prophet Dr. Owuor.

Our vision is to spark spiritual revival and moral restoration in the United States. We engage communities in repentance, prayer, and personal transformation — with the goal of renewing individual lives, families, and local churches. Through outreach, discipleship, and public ministry, we inspire people to live lives of integrity and service, preparing hearts and communities for spiritual renewal and purpose.

MISSION

The mission is to call the Church in the United States to come out of apostasy and sin and return to the LORD in absolute righteousness and holiness (Heb 12:14, Rev 19:8).

We seek to restore the authority of the Church and integrity back to the pulpit.

The call of the priesthood is to prepare a holy, mature bride for CHRIST and labor until this nation becomes a sheep nation overflowing Heaven with holy, repentant Americans. (Matt 25:32)

Community Impact Translation — Mission

Our mission is to help individuals and churches in America return to a life of truth, character, and holiness. We do this by:
– Training leaders and ministers in biblical values and servant leadership.
– Providing street-level evangelism, digital outreach, and community events.
– Equipping families and individuals to live with integrity in everyday life.
We envision a transformed America, one household at a time — where spiritual maturity leads to stronger families, reduced violence, increased volunteerism, and restored hope.

STATEMENT OF BELIEF

1. We believe the Bible is the unchanging, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, fully inspired by the Holy Spirit, and is the final authority in all matters of life and godliness.
2. We believe in one eternal God revealed in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to Heaven, and His imminent return.
4. We believe all men are born with a sinful nature and are saved only through faith in Jesus Christ and the redemptive work of the Cross.
5. We believe the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity and that the baptism of the Holy Spirit is evidenced by the fruit and gifts of the Spirit.
6. We believe the Church is the universal Body of Christ consisting of all true believers who have accepted Jesus’ atonement.
7. We believe in the imminent, premillennial return of Jesus Christ to rapture His holy Church.
8. We believe in water baptism by immersion for all who have accepted Jesus as a public declaration of faith.
9. We believe the only way to be cleansed from sin is through true repentance and faith in the precious blood of Jesus, and that the Holy Spirit empowers believers to live in holiness.
10. We believe in observing the Lord’s Supper as a proclamation of Christ’s death until He comes.
11. We believe the Church is now in a critical end-time dispensation to prepare the way for the LORD through a lifestyle of absolute righteousness and holiness.

We engage the lost, support spiritual transformation, and raise up leaders devoted to serving others with compassion and accountability. With national oversight and local impact, we offer hope to the marginalized — from youth and families to the elderly, incarcerated, and recovering — helping them turn their lives around and contribute to a just and righteous nation.
